What types of accommodation are available in the Dixence Resort complex?

What are the anticipated completion dates ?

End 2021: completion of the Eringer Hotel
2022: beginning of  Swisspeak accommodation works

End 2023 : completion of the Thermal Baths

Summer 2024: opening of  Swisspeak accommodation

Purchasing and apartment or chalet

Can I aquire and apartment or chalet as a secondary residence?

Yes – all of the apartments and chalets can be bought, and then eventually resold as secondary residences.

Is there any difference between the sale to Swiss or foreign individuels? 


The project in not subject to any restrictions and all of the apartments and chalets are available for sale to foreigners.

Can the apartments be rented out by their owners ?

There are no restrictions to renting out the apartments, which can either be done through the hotel or privately. 

What is the estimate of the annual overhead costs for an apartment estimated ?

The apartment buildings will be managed by independent managing agents. As a guideline count on between 5000.- et 5500.- CHF for an apartment of around 120 m2. 

 

Thermal baths

Will the thermal baths be open to the public ?

The thermal baths is open to the public, with the idea of creating time slots that are reserved for hotel clients. 

 

Region et commodities

Is the access to the ski slopes easy ?

The main “piste” of Masses passes directly in front of the thermal baths and the 4 Vallées lift system can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.  

 

What facilities are available to residents ?
